For children’s safety and enjoyment a maximum height restriction of 148cm applies.

Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times.  Children who misbehave or do not treat the equipment with respect will be asked to leave the premises without refund.  If a child is unwell they should not use the soft play equipment.

Shoes must be removed before entering the soft play area and socks must be worn at all times.  Arms and legs should be covered.  Watches, belts, jewellery and other sharp objects must not be worn.

Photography is strictly prohibited at all times except during exclusive hire parties with permission from the Centre Manager.

Only food and drink purchased from Caffè Zest may be consumed on the premises.  Food and drink must not be taken into the soft play area.
